I was a little disappointed that there doesn't seem to be a BearUnion party over the weekend, is that a bad sign? I have been to Palm Springs during DadFest in July several times and always have a great time, does the IBC have a similar vibe? I know DadFest usually has BearUnion and/or CumUnion parties taking place during the weekend that have been unbelievably great events for me. Would it be worth my effort to make the 2,000 mile trek to go primarily for the sex? If not I may wait and try to go the 1st weekend in March, there is a CumUnion party at 541 on Friday and another at CCBC on Saturday. Quote

I don't know it that's play parties, after hours parties, resorts or what. If it were me, and it was an either/or, i'd wait for April when the weather is nicer as well. I LOVE outdoor sex! Any word on when the Eagle might open in the former Barracks location, or if they will allow patio action? I really enjoyed fucking on the patio. Drove by there the other day and there's a considerable amount of work left outside, so I can only imagine how much there is to do INSIDE as well. I think they're going to try to maintain some of the feel of the old Barracks, but they want to stay open, so I'm sure things wil be more tame than before. WE'll see. I loved that bar and I used and was used out on that patio quite a bit. I'm hoping for more... 1 Quote

I was in PS for Pride in early November, and they were saying at the end of February. Now it's sometime in the Spring. I guess it opens, when it opens. Highly unlikely they will allow open sex, that's what got the old Barracks shut down by the CA ABC. CA is liberal, but not that liberal!
