So . But I tell them that wearing leather isn’t about how you work it’s about how the weather makes you feel. Not even about how it makes someone else feel. But about how it makes you feel when you wear it.hot, leather really ups the sexiness on any guy

I get so many questions about my Leather, but the most common is probably, “but what if I don’t have a body like that?“ It’s sort of sad sometimes. most people are so dissatisfied with some aspect of their body. We’re all insecure in someway. But I tell them that wearing leather isn’t about how you look, it’s about how leather makes you feel. Not even about how it makes someone else feel. But about how it makes you feel when you wear it.

I find it really sad that most people are seeking others approval. If you enjoy something, like wearing leather, do it. We need to stop looking at all the 'perfect' bodies thrown at us from every direction each day as the reality is, no one is perfect. Imperfection is the beauty of us all. Enjoy what YOU enjoy.

This is easily enough said by someone who can pull off wearing a harness. But the plain truth is that a harness emphasizes the physical attributes that you have by visually partitioning and isolating them. If you don’t have the physical attributes, it can make that more obvious. Stand two men in the same harness side-by-side, one with nice pecs and the other without, and the difference is magnified versus if they were not wearing a harness.

I have spent my entire life carefully cultivating an attitude of not giving fucks about what people think of me because it became clear to me in childhood that I was not going to be accepted by people around me for being too different. I can tell you that it’s just not as easy as deciding not to feel insecure when you’re up against the pressure of society to be a certain way. It’s all very well to say ‘be comfortable in your own skin’ but the image that prompts this conversation isn’t a photo of an average guy in a harness - it’s a photo of a guy with a ripped physique presented to us as the model of what we should be, and we all know perfectly well that that guy would probably be selected over us if we were both on offer at a bathhouse.

I just spent a long weekend in a rather good harness (if I may say so) of my own design, wading through possibly the largest sea of harnessed men that ever pools on the planet at any one time. I know how my body came across comparatively, and it wasn’t great.

“Nothing is harder than being yourself in a world that constantly tries to make you some thing else.“

I don’t remember who said it, but I’ve never forgotten it.

Truth is Leather isn’t for everyone. It isn’t a pass to anything, it’s not a membership card, and it’s not a path that just anyone can walk. If all it makes you feel is uncomfortable don’t wear it, because nothing is more unapproachable than a man who looks uncomfortable.

My meth-daddy, the man who introduced me to the pleasures of Tina, was quite a large man. He frequently wore an X-harness when we played, and he was smoking hot. What made him hot was his confidence. YMMV.
