Most everyone has preferences. His might be that of a total bottom, regardless of his ED. I can see where being a total bottom, if you had severe ED, could have its benefits. I imagine not being able to get hard, or maintain an erection, could lead to a top, or versatile, becoming a total bottom. After I developed type 2 diabetes, and being over 60, I sometimes have difficulty in that area of my life. But I have never ever considered giving up fucking hot holes.
