Are you also looking for ABS and theatres? If so the Fair Theatre in East Elmhust has been a great place for sex. If you venture out to Long Island, the park-n-rides along 495 are cruisey especially at Exit 52, that one has woods to roam around and have lots of fun. -

Has the Florida condo market cooled down at all? Prices were high but came down due to the 30 year inspection fiasco. Is the time up where they have to have the engineer reports in? I want to start looking, but don't want to be hit with the heavy assessments. I want to know they were already completed. All the fingers keep pointing to Florida so that is where I will probably end up.
