Has the Florida condo market cooled down at all? Prices were high but came down due to the 30 year inspection fiasco. Is the time up where they have to have the engineer reports in? I want to start looking, but don't want to be hit with the heavy assessments. I want to know they were already completed. All the fingers keep pointing to Florida so that is where I will probably end up.

I use Chat GPT everyday. It's a life saver when you have a ton of work emails and you want to send them out clear, with proper grammar and flow. (I'm not the best writer). I use it for a variety of reasons. Best invention ever. -

That guy utilized Chat GPT for his responses. He was copying your message to him, and requested a thoughtful response from Chat GPT to send to you. This is the type of things we now deal with in the world of AI, Be very careful who you interact with. Share no personal info or pics (unless on your profile). Some apps like Grindr have video chat to see who you are talking to. If they request you carry the conversation to WhatsApp that is another red flag. -

I order the real amyl from France, so I should place an order soon. As far as porn is concerned, I am glad I still have all my VHS and DVD extensive collection, and yes I have a VCR combo hooked up to the TV in the den. I was going to through them away at one point, but I had a sneaky suspicion that porn might be illegal one day. I think it was during that time they were cracking down on Pornhub.

I remeber the Bijou had that long bar alongside the theatre. They should have served drinks there. Those booths were great, I got sucked off and pounded ass more times then I could count. The bathrooms were slimy though...

It was a nice clothing optional guest house with a couple of dozen rooms. Pool, hot tub, guest passes, play areas. Very clean, awesome owners. I went there in the late 90's.
