yes, you have to be careful. I usually use warm water to flush clear, then dilute my warm beer enema to 50/50 for first couple of quart fills. Hold a bit.. until you feel the buzz start. With wine you have to start 30/70 (wine/water) and slowly work up. If not careful.. and planned.. you can get alcohol poisoning easily sine the alcohol is being absorbed directly into bloodstream by large intestines and colon.
