One option could be to try to get into a PrEP study - where you could being taking HIV antivirals in a smaller quantity than if you were positive, but this has proven to provide a highly effective shield against aquiring HIV. The FDA has recommended making the treatment more widely available, but I don't know how soon that will be - you may still have to get into a study -- or if you have a really good relationship with an HIV/pig friendly doctor, talk to him about this, and see if you can get him to prescribe an off-label use of truvada.

Alternatively, talk to guys more and try to pre-screen before getting fucked. Use your instinct. Sure, its not foolproof - but if you have a good conversation with a guy and ask the right questions, most will be about about how regularly they check their viral load, and tell you their last counts.

Poz or Neg (or even "undetectable") is not black or white. But I do think its cool to talk about it and get a sense for how a guy cares about himself and others. Asking a little more than poz or neg, such as --- how often do you get tested for hiv, viral load, or other stds could be a valid conversation. Of course you never have assurance that a person is honest or that his status is still as it was on his last test, but I think that you can get a good feel for a guy in the conversation.

I know its not easy to navigate the human male instincts to be sexual, with the knowledge of the risks that it presents, and so I feel the pain in your struggle. If you go full force into wild anonymous bb sex, particularly bottoming, as others have said, you will become poz. If you choose the other extreme and choose not to do it, you may likely break through and do it occasionally, and then beat yourself up for slipping. While the decision is one that you must make, I would recommend that you consider some middle ground, and try to find a win-win situation for yourself - a way to be sexual in the way that you want (without condoms) but while looking at ways to reduce your risk.

One suggestion is to get to know guys who you will play with and talk about their HIV stauts/practices, asking more than if someone is poz or neg. For a neg guy, ask him how often he goes to get tested, and how long ago was his last test. For a poz guy, ask what his last viral load count was, not leading the answer by asking if he is undetectable. Most poz guys will be open to talking if you ask. A poz/undetectable guy may be a much lower risk than a guy who claims to be negative, but has not gotten tested in a long while.

Depending on where you live, you might be able to get into a preexposure prophylactic study, which has been shown to be highly effective at preventing HIV, though its not widely available yet.

Another idea could be to develop a closed group of fuckbuddies who you know and trust to be either truly negative, or undetectable.

the closest thing really was the Ranch in Ptown, but it just got sold and the new owners are trying to "clean" it up. Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. Its called undetectable guys. I think it is possible to bareback, bottom, and stay neg with a well thought out harm reduction strategy. But the first piece that you must be willing to accept is that it won't be foolproof, and that you could indeed become poz one day. Heck there is a risk to becoming poz too bottoming with condoms if they break - so it all depends on what level of risk you are willing to accept.

If you decide that you want to bareback and try to stay neg, Its hard to do that with anon fucks.
