I agree with the others. Not knowing your specific situation, I recommend looking at the your job/work environment in the best possible light. Even if the MOS you have doesn't have skills that translate over into the civilian world, you are learning other important social and life skills that will carry over once you get out. But it is important to have an honorable discharge, clean paper, clean record, etc. Deserting is not the way to go, as it will follow you (dishonorable discharge, other than honorable discharge) FOREVER. Spent eight years in the Marines myself. Enjoyed my time in, found that I enjoyed what I was doing (just your typical 'grunt'), but also found that I needed to move on. And I agree with rawrubberride, you don't want to go the psych discharge route. Think things would go easier for you if you don't poz up while active duty.

GermanFucker makes a very forceful arguement. As does boiznuts. The not horned up nonsense is to stay NEG, and do the things that would allow you to do that. If your desire is to have a wife and kids, the most logical way to do that is to play safe until you are in a committed hetero relationship. It needs trust, honesty, etc. That is the only fair approach for someone you love enough to want to settle down with and have kids. Most certainly a rewarding life. In reading your post, it seems that you have some ambiguity about your sexual identity. Until that is sorted out, reallly sorted out, it would be a wise choice, and it is a choice, to remain neg. Converting to POZ changes things. And it is not a decision to take lightly. poz, proud, know my gifter here. no regrets. but it was a clear eyed decision on my part. I would be more concerned about the long term effects of 'partying' with tina, g and other chems. they can really fuck up your life, and not just your sex life. Not sure if this helped. Just my thoughts.

I started drinking piss direct from the tap when I was 20. First piss drink came from a Marine buddy of mine. Beer piss. Was awesome. I have a two buds now that I drink from at least once a week. And love to give it from the tap as well. -
