  1. My personal views is (and I’m 56 so take it as my taste) centre ville : older and not great oasis : younger and a hit or miss gi joe: mixed age, piggy, lots of fun
  2. Would love to fill you up. Where are you located?

  3. For bareback action, GI Joe is the best. Men there are pigs and just want to fuck, several public slings that attract action. If you go after 11pm, there can be a lot of people, but even before that, I would not hesitate. I've heard that oasis is less twink and vanilla than it used to be.
  4. Any group action around Montréal? Has anyone tried Reflexx? Is it any good, l iiked Backroom a few years ago.. GIJoe is very good, but it is a hit/miss... FYI I'm vers/top 6' 190lb 48yo, fit, 7" uncut, very pig... anything goes!
  5. There are infortunately no back rooms in Montréal. Aigle noir (black eagle) is a leather/fetiche bar, very friendly, hot men and nice atmosphere. sleazy bathhouse is GI Joe: 4 floors of men and bb action and more. Otherwise, there is a newer sex club, Reflexx, but I haven't been there yet. Everything is in the village...
  6. Insurance is a business. HIV people cost money, so they don't take us. You should not feel it is bad to hide your status: you respond to a business with whatever works, it is just working the system.
  7. L'Actuel has some good dr, my ex was followed there. I went a few times and did not like his dr (he was cold and not friendly). It is important that you feel that you can say anything to your dr: drugs, sex, personal problems. If you don't feel comfortable, I suggest that you look for another. However, you may find a good dr in a bad clinic, or a bad dr in a good clinic. It is human relations: just remember that you will probably be with him/her for a LONG time. My dr is an angel. I've spoken to a few people who are seeming the same as me, and we all agree that he is exceptional. I don't want to say names here.
  8. Insurance: the easiest is to test anonymously. If it is positive, you get life insurance right now before you officially know. But for you it is late for that, as was for me. My first job after I converted I decided I would be honest and filled up the form honestly: I was denied insurance. Next job I was smarter, I filled the forms but did NOT fill the medical questionnaire. I got full coverage, with smaller coverage for some things. Big improvements. So know that you do not have to answer any medical questions. It is better not to, than to lie because insurance company can sue you for lying and ask you for reimbursement.
  9. Talk to your dr about the cost. There are so many programs to get free meds. I'm in Montreal, going to the Clinique du Quartier Latin, and all the people there have been so helpful it is amazing. Been poz for 12 years, never been more healthy in my life since I converted. PM if you want to talk, depending on where you are we can get a coffee or a beer...
