  1. Ok, something weird happened about all of this, when I was working a few days ago in Alabama, I got the reroute to the site about not accessing here, when it's supposed to be in MS.  So that's got me a bit spooked for the fact that where I worked (in Foley, AL) it might've been "too close" according to my phone.   Really weird that it happened, but still glad just the same that we're all doing what we can to fight the good fight against the idjits that keep wanting to control everything, but not their own damn selves.

  2. Just recently saw a discussion from the Las Vegas area about losing one of the longest-running bathhouses, Hawks.  Along with losing a well-known place like theirs in Vegas, more and more bathhouses have been closing down within the past 10+ years around the US, which appears to be happening at different rates for different reasons.  Some are closing from the usual financial issues (primary cause overall), but usually, there's possibly more to it for such strife.  2020 from COVID as the usual prime suspect, politics of the holier than thou types is another, troubling locations (rough neighborhoods), or even simple health/safety issues are all the usual suspects for them to be closing down.

Overall, I wanted to see if anyone had one that they went to that closed down, possibly share a mini-story of your favorite one that closed down in your area/constantly visited.

Club Orlando is one of my favorite bath houses. I went three times in 5 days last visit. Go early, parking gets tight.

What's a good average time to go with that being the case?  Hopefully, I can actually go some time.

You're "good to go" as of Thursday/Friday. As long as you keep taking your Descovy regularly, your chances of being infected with HIV from sex are extremely low. Estimated at 1 in 10,000, but the number of actual breakthrough cases in people who could be verified as taking the meds regularly is less than 1 in 100,000. Pig out and enjoy!

He definitely said it best for taking Descovy, because the facts of taking PrEP is almost similar to playing with someone that's Undetectable.  Only main danger are the other STI's that you'll still want to watch out for.

To just take a simple injection instead of having to remember to take it orally can help out aplenty, but the only thing that we're still in the middle of seeing is to see if it's just as effective as taking it orally for the medication.  For any that are still on the fence, this is a good article/discussion to look at, but bear in mind that this article is more Canada based for what they talk about in costs and the like, compared to the US having some more leeway for how much PrEP can cost out of pocket with or without insurance.

Promote, promote, promote!  I hope I am allowed to say this, but post in BBRT and even A4A that you are visiting and looking to play now.  Being from out of town always has it's advantages.  Those two sites are usually friendly to visitors from out of town.!

Between posting on here and using sites like BBRT and A4A, you're actually right about that.  I tend to get more interests when I'm able to travel out and not be stuck with family, so taking that chance to "whore yourself out" for some fun times is definitely a way to truly have more fun sessions.

I can say some of these long time sites are still popular, but it does depend on where you live.  Here on the west coast of Florida, specifically Tampa/St. Petersburg, Adam4Adam is still popular and you can hook up fairly easily.  Now let me preface that statement by saying this - it is a free site and you will find many younger members on there.   You find college students who  are available during day hours, and like BBRT, the members who are actively looking increase on weekends and after midnight.  A4A even has a section called "Looking for Now" - which indicates who is looking to play within the next hour or two, not next week.  So for that, I give them credit.  I have noticed some guys who, if they see you are in your 40s, may ask "can you pay for my Uber" or even worse "Can you be generous?"  Now, A4A has a section for guys looking to earn money "as models" so try to read "between the lines" as they say.  If someone asks for me to pay for an Uber, I tell them to take the bus (yep, I have said that).  If they say "Can you be generous", I take a screen shot and report them to A4A for soliciting.  I know some guys may think I am a prick for doing that but they specifically say but the site is not Men4RentNow.com.  There are sites for guys looking to be paid, I have nothing against sex workers, but I don't like some 24 year old asking me for $80, it's insulting.

A4A has worked for me.  At least in this geographic area.  I have traveled to other parts of the country and the pickings have been slim in some areas, but that generally meant they were using another site.    For instance, "Manhunt" is pretty empty in this area.   Another site gave me a free week on Manhunt  so I joined.  The majority were "Not Looking for Now", more like "Looking for the end of October, on a Thursday, between 3 and 4 pm".  Not kidding.  There was somewhat of an anti-poz feeling as well, it was usually the first question asked and I understand that.  Manhunt was a bust, there was a guy who remembered hooking up with me, and as I reflect he was very good looking with an awesome body, but it was oral sex and I remember turning him down on one occasion and he was livid, after I told him my other option included fucking and he did not.  Well, we got passed that, I have seen him since, and he's great to look at and it's a much different type of encounter.

I hear people complain about BBRT.  I know other sites have come and gone.  I just thin it depends on where you live and what time you sign on.  What you get at 12 noon  on a Friday is not what you are going at 12 midnight on any weekend.  That's been my experience, I have thought to expand my opportunities by trying new sites, I have done the Grindr route (laid on the first night, about an hour after I joined) and Scruff (questioned endlessly about my relationship status and many  "what if" scenarios).

Again, these apps and online sites are about one thing.  LOCATION.

You hit the nail on the head about the big thing for any hook up site, it's all about location, location, LOCATION!

Me being where I'm at, not as many issues when it comes to scammers, but there are a lot of similar faces that one will see time and time again.  Honestly, since so many of us on here do prefer bare play, I'd rather take chances on BBRT than A4A, BUT one other site that's starting to get interesting for what can be offered is Sniffies for seeing where exactly a hook up will be and where you can go for cruising fun if it's safe enough to do so.  But like other sites in general, just the matter of weeding out the good from the bad chances.

  8. Thanks to the help of the site Mistr for getting it all set and no cost out of pocket (for now) with my work's insurance, I just started it and got the Descovy version of it.  This was something that I was curious about for the longest time, and with me I felt that now was the time to just say "...fuck it..." and get set for PrEP.  Now when it's time for play, I just have to watch out for the other bugs that could be caught, but the main one of HIV is not as much of a concern.

  9. The classics will always be classics for great reasons, but with the stuff that they're doing now, it's just "meh".  Still hot at times, but as others have pointed out, so many more are now doing stuff for OnlyFans, Just For Fans and more.  TIM had been kind of a pioneer for what they were able to do/push within the past 15+ years, but now they reached the point that they can't really push any more limits as others have stated on this thread.

Not really losing their way, but more they reached the limits of what they could do to push the envelope.

Here's an alternate link for those that do hit the pay wall.  As @BootmanLAmentioned, they used an alternative method and for those that have that tinge of regret from becoming Poz, there's hope yet.

Time will definitely tell how it will progress for the possible cure and especially can be treated like any other prescription or over the counter medication.

Here's a nice update in showing that now, PrEP is now up to 99% in prevention/infection, so major good news for those that want to stay Neg and still play with anyone, but still need to be careful about other STI's in general

Setting aside any cultural aspects, It’s not specifically black men but people in poorer neighbourhoods who are disproportionately at risk of HIV and often these poorer communities are made up of people of colour.

Less public health money spent on STD education in poorer neighbourhoods and poorer schools = higher infection rates and also more stigma. Less public health money also means fewer drives to distribute free condoms.

Less health screening to identify people with HIV and helping them get affordable treatment means the virus remains transmissible etc.

If you have money or better access to socialised medicine you’re more likely to use condoms of be able to get tested regularly or, when infected, reduce your viral load to make it undetectable.

Without that access, poorer communities - not exclusively black but with significant numbers of people of colour - will always be at greater risk.

Perfect summary about why people like myself are at the greater risk range.  I'm right now much more lucky to get the access that I can go for (once I'm able to settle in for my recent move to a new apartment), but the other thing too will be for how many of us really are mentally with different communities in general.  POC are in the higher risk range in general, but that doesn't mean it's just one way from appearance.   I've talked about this in general on some other topics (in the more naughty sections), but also there's the risk as well that some have caught it and don't even know that they're carrying HIV (2 friends of mine caught it from some rando).

While here comes the end of my sex life......

I personally wouldn't think that, as long as you play smart with the right person, instead of someone that's "weird" (to say it nicely at most) and can be a danger to yourself and others for their acts.  Like any other chances for hook-ups, just the matter of having to weed out the ones that's for you and the ones that are not worth the effort.

While so many of us are into the fantasy of this, if you're living in California, be on the lookout about this since that can be an unintentional slippery slope for those that are into the "darker fantasies" about stealthing.

Check it out to see what's up and feel free to discuss.

I've had these desires for years and I've been trying to be good and hope they go away. I'm 30 years old and have a boyfriend who loves me, but when i get horny i want to leave my life, be a slut, pnp, bugchaser etc.

Anyone here leave their old life for this? Was it worth it?

That really comes down to what you feel is your overall comfort zone and how much you can push yourself into what you want to do without major repercussions that you'll regret.

I'm in P'cola as well, and you're more than welcome to hit me up if you have some questions.

Wow it's very interesting reading about how knowledgeable you guys are... It's not all sex... It's sex-Ed as well love it.

That's the thing about this site, we have our fantasies, be we do have an overall good discussion to make sure that everyone can know about actual updates for those that wish to play with Poz, Neg, Undetected, all about having that informed decision.

This sounds like PrEP shaming. As @Cutedelicategay and @bluewind point out, sex partners not on PrEP are the ones not receiving regular, frequent HIV and STI tests under an established, ongoing relationship with a medical professional.

If the people who turned down your friend were knowledgeable about PrEP — which isn't the case — they could doubt that he was actually following a PrEP regimen. For example, when I see HIV Status "Negative, on PrEP" in a Grindr profile but Last Tested is blank or the date is many months in the past, I realize that the person is not properly following a PrEP regimen. According to the CDC (I'm in the US) PrEP guidelines, sexually active/"at-risk" men who have sex with men should receive HIV and STI testing at least every 3 months.

Some PrEP users obtain their medication from unlicensed or foreign mail-order pharmacies, through friends, or by taking advantage of same-day PrEP initiation at a clinic but not returning for follow-up. Many stop taking their medication but still think of themselves as PrEP users (rather like putting on a bicycle helmet but not buckling the strap or, in today's times, wearing a mask but leaving your nose uncovered).

Some PrEP prescribers don't bother to insist on quarterly HIV and STI testing. Others (especially small, private practices) are not equipped to monitor PrEP patients properly.

Again, PrEP shamers wouldn't have these caveats in mind.

I'm agreeing big time about the PrEP shamers being ignorant.  There's even still a good portion that don't know/understand that Undetectable is BARELY able to infect/transmit, so unfortunately we still have a LONG way to go before everyone can acknowledge the facts instead of having such willful ignorance.

  18. After the clusterfuck of last year, having so many options and events being cancelled/delayed, things are finally returning to some form of normalcy with so many of us getting our Covid-19 shots.  Thankfully, I just had my second shot and will be truly "guarded" against getting it so easily, so now my piggy side can finally come out to truly play.   If you happen to be coming to the area, feel free to hit me up on here, or possibly through the sites that so many of us are on, and hopefully we can have a great time to give, take, swap some loads and all.

The only limits I've got are no blood play, no PNP (poppers are extremely welcomed though) and please give consent for pics/vids (been a hot minute since I've been able to truly record fun times like this).

Hope to hear from you guys soon.
