NordVPN is a good option and can have some good deals on from time to time but you are limited to something like 6 simultaneous concurrent device connections - usually enough for most people. It also has SOCKS 5 proxy servers for connecting e.g. BitTorrent clients (handy if you have a server always on to download them - not so much for most folks). Surfshark is a good option if you need more - it has unlimited simutlaneous connections. Both have loads of endpoints all over the world. Both claim to be non-logging.

What measures? You keep saying this but give no solutions. What do you propose? What measures do you recommend that are techinically and legally sound, secure, would be trusted by people and simple to integrate into the site? I posted some such options above but let me tell you something I would not use any of them. Putting the onus onto RT isn't fair or reasonable. Using an unknown third party and handing them over my PII for a site such as this? Not happening. Again it comes across as self entitlement - this is a free website for the owner to run as he sees fit and in a way that won't get him shut down or held liable for breaking the law - and this is demonstrated by the words you choose to use such as "every right" - I am afraid to inform you but you have literally the same rights as everyone else here: none. And you frame it like it's an attack of some sort on guys from the UK - what about all the red states that RT has had to block? Part of the problem is that people in the UK have allowed shit like this to happen over an over. Every Home Seceratary going back to before Theresa May has been desperate to weaken encryption and have used everything from terrorism to "think about the children" to try to get it. This is yet another weapon in their armory - it won't stop here and people need to wake up and start to take a stand. I suspect this, like many other attempts, is actually doomed to fail because it's too difficult to police - especially abroad - but it's just another attempt to get where they want to get to.

It's an interesting question. In theory, yes, because Rawtop will geoblock UK based IP address ranges. In practice? Not sure it's a big enough problem for anyone in such a position who needs to, to care about. After all the site admin has done what they can within the bounds of reason.
-
Oh come now. That is about as immature and selfish as it gets. If it means so much to you, why not draft up some legally binding agreement that says you will personally handle all the costs, risks and technical aspects of allowing in guests from the UK? How on earth can you react like that when this risk to Rawtop is very fucking real? Grow up. It isn't a case of not being welcome, it's a case of risk mitigation and if you can't see that, then you are thicker than syrup.
-
The problem Rawtop has isn't technical. It's legal. With no framework to prove identities he is wholly liable. First option - he gets a private message of users holding up their ID along with their username and face. The main issues here are data processing - he again becomes responsible and accountable if anything happens to that data (such as a hack/breach) and by virtue of its nature, it becomes a high value target making it worth the effort of hackers. Second option - there are companies out there that specialise in doing ID checks for online. But they cost. Would you be willing to pay it? Double down on then not knowing who has your ID information, how they secure it, manage it, and/or use it? And Rawtop is still liable. Then there is the fact that the vast majority of people here probably don't want their true ID out in the wild. If you want to stay here, use a VPN that puts your location somewhere else. Or stop using the site. You can't put the onus and responsibility onto someone else / expect them to fix the problem. And if it gets as bad as you suggest, then the site likely dies, is the sad, awful, truth.

Man alive. Watch your blood pressure, there.

Personally I use both NordVPN and Surfshark depending where I am and what I am doing. They're both cheap and fall into the non-logging category* with plenty of options to appear to come from other countries. *Use some sense though - there tend to be two kinds of VPN provider: Those who log your activity and those who claim that they they don't log your activity.

Oh no I absolutely believe very few, if any, of the guys here would have voted for him. And I am sure many voted just because he wasn't Kamala Harris (and what a fucking devil's choice - die fast or die slow territory). But I do wonder at some of the rampant idiocy - the lack of understanding of basic concepts such as who actually pays for tariffs, to use just one example. I don't think he's just trying to destroy the USA - look at how he's treating Ukraine and the wider Europe. His throwaway comment about no members of NATO coming to the US's aid if needed - for anyone not aware, the *only* time since the forming of NATO that article 5 [basically, the "harm one, harm all, come to our aid" rule] was invoked was after 9/11 - and yes, it was the USA who invoked it. And NATO responded, and all the while he's cosying up to Putin. It isn't a great look from outside. Then the threats to sovereign countries like Canada and Greenland... yeah it's a fucking mess right now and all he will achieve is members of the EU becoming closer and moving away from the US. Here in the UK there is already movement to move away from predominantly US-dominated tech. It's at the "what could we do?" stage, but I suspect it will grow some momentum over the next few months. And that will only harm the big IT players like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta etc etc.

Honest question (no judgement) but surely there are some pretty nasty risks, healthwise? I just don't see the appeal.

Way too many standing / wandering around apparently waiting for the perfect guy. Too many bottoms and some seriously rude, pushy ones (literally pushing their way into a session already going on even when all parties made it clear it wasn't wanted - really boiled my piss but decided to walk away rather than have an argument...life's too short). With the decline then closure of Boltz and the decline (in behaviour) at the greenhouse I doubt I will return there for the long foreseeable future, if at all.
-
Damn I do feel for you guys in the USA, but fuck me it boggles my mind so many people voted for Trump.
-
Going to be spending the day and evening at the Greenhouse, Darlaston tomorrow (Weds 5th March), but also in a private apartment in Walsall tonight and tomorrow night after the sauna. Be great to take some loads. Have a lovely blindfold hood for anon fun. Don't worry it leaves my mouth available for use.

The whole heath is dark at night, but thanks.

I asked *what* not *where* but thanks.

I've had some fun at the fuck tree, but what is the dark room?

I am heading to Birmingham this eve (well closer to the NEC/Airport) and thought I might pop into the city to hang out in Boltz. A quick look on their site and there's a message saying they've closed again. Anyone know when this happened? Unfortunately I can't say I am surprised - I commented here late last year that I think they've wasted the space but still sad. I also mentioned some time ago (not long after COVID lockdowns were lifted) that we need to support these places. If we don't, we lose them.

I must be the only bottom that doesn't like to eat arse/ass. It's a weird dichotomy because I love having mine eaten. I think, for me, I am happy to have it done because I know I take time to be as scrupulously clean as possible - something most tops I've experienced not only appreciate but don't do themselves (why would they?) and I am not here to eat shit. Each to their own of course but it's just not something I want to do.

Well you used to pull a key out of a glass to be paired with a random top or bottom. One glass for bottoms to choose from and one for tops to choose from, with each room having two keys - one for each.

PUBLIC Forum and personal information (ICYMI)

These are quite common in the UK as well though usually for things like cavity wall insulation and/or solar panels. Sometimes pretending to be from banks etc but rarely the tax man. It's more difficult for them now than it used to be. The common tactic was to steal a purse or a wallet with cards in, ideally with some kind of ID then track down a phone number. It used to be fairly easy to mask a phone number on SIP providers to make it look like the call was coming from the victims actual bank. The scammers would even then say "but hey, don't take my word for it... call us back on your banks number from a bank statement" because it used to be that you needed a CPC signal to the exchange - Calling Party Cleared... i.e. the call only dropped if the person who made the outgoing call hung up, not the called party. The scammers then popped you on silent hold, waited until they heard numbers being dialled and pretended to be the bank again. Both number masking and CPC were stopped some time ago so that it's much more difficult for that kind of bullshit now but they still try. -

This is such an old scare tactic now. The more clever ones also have a password associated with your email account and whether or not it's the one for your computer/email etc or not isn't the point - it's designed to scare people into believing that the extortionist has somehow gained access to your computer. Which is never the case. There is not even any point responding because all that does is shows them that that particular email is indeed alive and in use. Just block, ignore and walk away. -
Manchester Hotel Recommendations Cumdump Session
sluttony replied to BBBttmPete's topic in The UK & Ireland
Did you find a suitable alternative? It looks like my top and I might be in Manchester next Weds and we need somewhere I can be a cumdump. -
My dom top wants to whore me out to all cummers on Weds evening. We will be visiting The Boiler Room first then back to the Campanile Hotel in Doncaster (ideal for slutting - motel style where the rooms all have exterior doors so no reception to worry about). I have no right of refusal when we do this so if anyone wants to pop by and drop their load into me, you are more than welcome to. I'll likely be in my blindfold hood (don't worry it leaves my mouth available).

Any recommendation for Sheffield hotels? Usual ideals - no reception worries, no keycards and a plus if it's close(ish) to The Boileroom.
