I hope you'll recover quickly man!

Thank you, DirtyFckr. A few people here have been following my story and been very supportive when I needed it. I’m very grateful to them.
 Three years ago been experiencing excruciating pain in my back. It was not sciatica or any of the normal things that can go on with the back. I had a rare spinal degeneration situation for the first year. Doctors treated it with regular epidurals gradually those stopped working. So surgery I went out for about two weeks. Everything seemed fine. I took my usual pleasure/business trip to Palm Springs and managed that too much trouble. Well, the use of a cane. But when I got back home, everything seemed gone to hell. I woke up one morning and my legs did not work and attempt to move result severe pain. So my specialist set up an appointment with another highly regarded specialist and they scheduled my second surgery - for the end of January. Meanwhile, my back stuck at tongue out the rest of the world and just gave up. So mobility scooters.(which at my lowest I feared I might never get out of.) That showed some improvement and…oh fuck, i’m gonna cut the short. Right now after four surgeries and lots of physical therapy. I am walking mostly OK actually I’m walking kinda like a drunk man but what the hell. Can’t run yet can’t bike can’t lift weights but I can walk and I’m grateful for that. 

First of all, I'm really glad to hear you're recovering nicely. I'm newish, so I'm only just learning about your plight and it sounds awful. Glad you got the treatment you needed!

As to the gift. I'm having trouble following along. Was this small party that ended up with ffisting with your dealer? If so, sounds like a cool guy on top of getting you what you need. 

I would say, yes, a gift is appropriate. Was he the bottom or the top?

And agreed, I'm a verse bottom ffister. Otherwise I'm completely bottom. The pleasure I can give my buds is intoxicating. I love to see them enjoy themselves on my wrist. It's *almost* as exhilarating as receiving.

Anyway, get that boy a gift. My rule of thumb (large East Coast cities, I'm not sure how it translates to the Midwest) is a sizeable cash tip. Maybe this guy deserves something more personal? IDK, I would.
