Go see a colorectal specialist. They have several different procedures to deal with these depending upon the situation. It's a life style type thing. Had mine corrected years ago when it got to be an intrusion on daily activities. Had two external and three internal removed. You're down for a few days after but then clear of them. No more suppositories, no more tucks, no more clots with trip to ER, no more sitz baths, no more down time from these!

Just got four loads from two Tops near Green Bay. Face down, wrists tied behind back, blindfold, ankles tied to bedposts.
