There is some people who notice changes as if there was ovulation and menstruation. Can't say I have tracked or felt anything like that.
It only ever is a problem when you are horny. I think of it as a part of life and no normal girl ever wears liners to help with such issues.
I am on both estrogen and anti-testosterone. Never really heard of HRT that did not include both.
Boob growth is very individual and genetic. For even better results one should have pregestorone too.
