It's clean ... Waverly not so much. The Waverly has shared bathrooms as well. I would recommend towninn ... you can make it as sleazy as you want once the door is closed.

Its a good place to fuck .. I didn't care about much else when I was there .. paint peeling from ceilings, stains on walls .. didn't bother me. But ....
If you want a better location close to the village .. I would suggest the town inn at 620 Church St. Stayed there for a few nights in August ... no problem with guys coming and going.
