I find if I eat it before sex it pushes out food from the small intestine into the large one. I had a problem once, and I'd rather fuck before dinner, or not eat before sex. A quick rinse doesn't always work for me. I'm not sure if it's due to me having a very high metabolism (I am naturally thin but eat about twice as much as most people I know) or due to something entirely unrelated, but food seems to move rapidly through my system, so a rinse that would keep another bottom clean for an evening just doesn't cut it for me.

I usually take about 3 hours to clean out (I like to get squeaky, ass to mouth clean, and know I will stay that way for several hours). I go in the shower, use the hose, rinse out as deep as I can several times over like 20 minutes, take like a 30 to 40 minute break, then repeat the process.
