Once, at Steamworks Chicago, I wrote on the blackboards "BB bttm, room 120". A staff member knocked on my door and said I couldn't post a note for BB sex. He didn't say I couldn't have BB sex just don't advertise it. Otherwise I pay no attention to any signs and do what I want as do most other people. I take responsibility for myself and what I do or don't do.

My favorite little latin bar has a sign on the entry wall prohibiting drugs and sex. And then you get your beer and head back through the curtain to the patio and fuck the night away. Totally a CYA thing. If there were ever a raid or a lawsuit, they could say, honestly, that it was the bars written policy, and obviously someone violated the rules- and most likely get off with just a warning.
