Wasted facial look

Hey guys. I've been poz and on meds for nearly 10 years now and have noticed my cheeks on my face are getting skunken in and have dark circles. What can I do to plump them back up? Or should I just leave them be and wear them as a badge of honor so other pigs know I'm poz and will probably be a pig with them? Share your thoughts with me. I'm kinda torn between what to do.

I have several friends who swear by "Nu-Fill" (maybe a different name in the USA?) which, as far as I can gather is a sort of artificial collagen. It's a lengthy procedure involving a number of visits, but can make signicant changes in your appearance. I also know someone who tried Nu-Fill for whom it didn't work: (please let him not be reading this!) he has random lumps of the filler across his face and looks as though he has some sort of beneath-the-surface dermatitis.

I've got a degree of facial wasting that I don't let bother me. The thing that does bother me is lipodystrophy where the fat migrates from the limbs to the belly and shoulder (and bust in women: it's delighted one friend "women pay to have a bust like mine and I got it for free"). I was advised that it's practically impossible to shift the belly fat as it's visceral and the best way to hide it to do lots of upper body work - "the look you're going for is a rugby player who likes a pint", suits me fine ;-)

bb4ever - I think your appearance is a personal choice for everyone. I am more attracted to what you call the "wasted" look. It is very masculine and to me sexy.

As so many times: Why ask "some guy on the internet" about something that is a very personal decision. In the end it's your choice and only yours and noone should let others dictate the way he looks.

Generally speaking: Talk to a specialist about your options, I've also heard of Sculptra / Nu-Fill, but AFAIK there are also others. Depending on your health coverage, it is even possible that you get it for free as an HIV patient, whereas for others it's considered elective cosmetic surgery and has to be paid. So ask around.

Personally I'd say go for it, the guys I know who used it just look a bit healthier and younger. Not saying they looked bad or ill before, but you just feel like saying: Man, you look good today, were you on vacation or what? Of course, that's judging by mainstream societal standards. Which can also be important, e.g. for your job. However, if that's of no concern to you and if you like the wasted look and find fetishistic pleasure in that, again: It's your choice allone.

I know nothing about this, but I'd say that if you wish to and can afford any procedure to correct it, do it. Besides some likely minded guys on this site very few people think it looks hot, so why not doing what's necessary to look better? I would do anything, even if I become indebted in doing it.

I like hearing that there are some pigs out there that like the facial wasting look and would potentially see it on my face and wanna fuck and swap loads with me. But friends and co-workers (who I'm clearly not gonna sleep with) I think have been staring at my wasting as they talk to me. It might be time to fix it. Do the collagen injections hurt or are any of the treatments painful? Let me hear from you if you have any first-hand experience with this. And also let me keep hearing from those of you that find wasting a hot look, cause it turns me on to hear from you and know I could have sex with you.
