I am usually there at Mardi Gras or Southern Decadence when things are pretty wild in all the bars, so I have never really checked it out. The Phoenix which is in the Marigny on the other side of the Quarter from the CBD has a back room upstairs. I have never seen a condom in use there. Barebackbottomno Posted June 15, 2014 Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 (edited) The only Bathhouse in New Orleans is The Club New Orleans, 515 Toulouse St. Rawhide 2010 and Phoenix are two bars with dark areas. Rawhide 2010 is located in the French Quarter. The Phoenix is located just outside the French Quarter. I wasn't sure the Rawhide was cruisey year round. Nice to hear from a true local. The Phoenix is at the corner of North Rampart and Elysian Fields (941 Elysian Fields).
