I don't know what to make of this.

Over the last 3-months or so, I have increasingly been only able to enjoy sex if it's rough, degrading, and lightly painful. So with a highly dominant top (or submissive bottom).

I even discovered, by chance, that I bust bigger loads and more of them the more sadistic I get as a top. Discovered when a bottom begged me to be rough and inflict some pain on him.

Is this a sign of some sort of psychological issue? I'm too embarrassed to ask anyone in person. I worry ... there are times when I can cum just envisioning a rough scene! xD

You could be just discovering a new kink. As long as everything is consensual, I don't see a problem with rough sex. 

 

But if you are disturbed by the situation, you might need to unpack it with a therapist/counselor. I'm not sure we know you well enough to judge.

Well it's always consensual and stops when either one of us, or someone if it's s group, says stop.

Dunno. Maybe it is a new kink/fetish ... I'll admit sex used to feel so damn boring until this discovery.

Your sex life seems to be evolving.. no-one goes through life without change. You seem to be enjoying the change and as you said it's consensual and you stop when asked.
