So I've been looking at and talking to poz guys since 2009. I'm yet to have taken that first load, and I flaked three times over the years (soo sad I know). Do you guys think I want it? Any pointers? Encouragement?

Same here. Initially, poz tops used to hit on me like crazy, but I brushed them off. However, the idea of taking poz cum really turned me so I started talking to poz guys. I talked to plenty of them, but then they never followed through. Had one guy who seemed serious, but I chickened out in that instance.

If you've been talking since 2009, haven't yet taken a load and flaked out three times, I'd say you're more into the idea/fantasy than actually doing it, so stop wasting the time of these poz guys...there are plenty of willing bottms who will show up and will bend over for a load.
