The trick is for the top to open you up well with his fingers or a dildo.  Then he should stick in whatever is largest first...cock or balls...and then follow with the rest.

Yes, it can be done.  As a bottom I've found that it works best after having my hole worked for some time to loosen it up.  After that I can usually take all of the "junk" in my hole.
