There are a lot of factors that affect your libido. A few easy things you can do to help with your libido and sexual performance:

- Exercise - working out regularly helps increase blood flow, improve mood and energy/stamina. Also, lifting weights increases lean muscle mass which can increase testosterone levels.

- Sleep - get a good eight hours a night as often as you can for better energy.

- Mental health - depression/anxiety can affect your libido. If you suffer from these, talk to a doctor or therapist.

- Limit porn/masturbation - "death grip syndrome" is real. Watching porn and jerking off frequently can negatively affect your desire for actual sex and your performance.

I think the porn/masturbation factor is what is killing my libido, maybe i should stop at least with porn. I have tried things like "maca" and other natural supplements but the just don't work for me. I have read that porn is killing libido of many young men nowadays

Best supplement to increase libido is Yohimbine hcl. Not Yohimbe, which is a weaker version. I've taken it a half hour or so before sex and it definitely makes me harder/last longer. I'm a multi cummer anyway though.

If you take it on a daily basis which I did mainly to help with workout performance at the time, I noticed that in general I thought about sex mood often. I was extremely easy to arouse. My erections continued to be stronger and longer lasting during sex and my loads seemed to be bigger tool.

Don't forget, you can adjust the dosage with any supplement, just as doctors do with meds. You can take a pill every other day or split them, taking a half a pill a day or go to a smaller dosage per pill and even split that. Many pills/caps come in several different dosages. Also taking something with or without food will often change its affects.

Often people will take too high a dose and just waste money by pissing it out what the body doesn't need. Just because a pill is available in 500 mg doesn't mean you should take it in that dose.

You do realize every whore on this site (including me) is gonna be searching for a source for yohimbine hcl after your "recommendation" right? :)  I've already been feeling like I've been having "too much" sex lately - yes, bordering sex addiction - and yet I want to try it anyway.....just for a little while lol

When I bought my Yohimbine HCL I found the best price at Vitamin Shoppe. You can find it at any healthfood store and it's usually in the men's health/sexual health section. It comes in tiny capsule that are low dose so you can work your way up if you want but it's powerful even at low dose. 

As I said before though do not buy Yohimbie. This is a cheap subcategory version of Yohimbine that they put in diet pills and energy/workout supplements. It's not the same thing. Yohimbine hcl is the real true extract from the bark it's found and it will work as needed. 

Also it's not too expensive either. You could probably also find online through Amazon, vitamin Shoppe, gnc, etc.

Misty otc sex enhancers that you find in sex shops or gas stations continue the weaker form Yohimbie along with other crap. Don't buy into it. Most of my life I worked in the medical field and I specialize in herbal/vita mineral/natural supplements.

I find all that has been said here so far of great interest. I discovered that for myself, that L-Arginine, which is one of the ingredients that appears in most of the over the counter and so called "T and Labido boosters", did in fact increase my abilities to achieve more responsive and much faster erections with much less stimulation. L-Arginine is noted to improve blood flow, so guessing this does stand to reason to increases in responses.

Anyway, all of this discussion and your guys experiences with the Yohimbine ( HD-HCL), leads me to a question I've been meaning to ask of the guys with experience for some time now. With the use of this herb, have any of you guys experienced any real noticeable increase in volume of semen after using this herb???

This is my problem at the moment, it seems with age, my volume has decreased significantly and I would really like to be able to find the right combinations to help improve it if possible.

I've always been a relatively big shooter at times. I find if I'm sticking to a healthy Keto diet as I do, exercise and take care of myself then my loads are natural bigger and thicker.

Like I said above when I was taking the Yohimbine Hcl after awhile it felt like my balls were ALWAYS full and needed to be emptied. Every erection brought lots of precum even when not turned on. I could fuck, be sucked or jerk off almost all day and still I would keep coming. 

Don't get me wrong...on those days of hooking up or jerking off like every half hour it seemed, eventually the loads got smaller and more fluid like but I'd never in my life shoot that many loads in a day before.
