I have a "00" gauge PA. Original piercing about 15 years ago. Never regretted it. Feels great, and something about the look just says "sex tool!" Bottoms love getting fucked with it - a lot!

I have a 2 ga PA, which is great. I can add a 3/4 " ball to the end of it. Guys at first are bit intimidated by it, but after they feel it, they love it. I have only been fucked once by a PA.

15 scrotum piercings, ending at a guiche, all 4 ga captive rings. This is a nice heavy load on the balls, and they do make noise. The guiche is a very strange, but interesting place to have a piercing.

8 ga nipples. A fun piercing for sure.
