Personally I don’t think stealthing is ok, I believe clear and concise communication is required, now what you discuss is completely up to you for fantasy and kink sake play along to whatever your heart desires but that needs to be outlined, the repercussions of not communicating can be devastating. The answer seems obvious. At least to me it does. Stealthing is, by definition, nonconsensual. Not only would this be wrong in a moral sense, I would be willing to bet it's also criminal.
