There are two types: one with a pointy end and one with an opening (ring) at the end.

Get the one with the ring at the end as it is somewhat easier on the top's cock head. And allows for more cum to be dispersed too.

I suggest to check the sizes first and see how much they stretch. If the top has a larger cock, it may be a non-starter for him to wear one. Conversely if it is too loose after a number of uses, and if the hole is gaping, there is a real risk of losing that mesh inside the bottom's guts. Not very amusing to try to get it out.

I guess I should confess that the first time I saw the title of the thread in 2018-2019, I thought it was someone lamenting about tops who insist on wearing condoms. Then I opened the thread discovered what a cruel condom was.

From a BDSM standpoint these make zero sense to me as they are. They absolutely prevent any effective skin-to-skin pleasure, so what’s in it for the Top to get his cock abraded? I could understand a Sadist wanting to use one, but I would think someone would have come up with one with a comfortable inner lining for the Top.
