I did PA first, grew that in 3 months from 8g to 5/8” gauge my hole stretched easily. 8g felt like a meat cutter in my cock, you would need to upsize to a 4g asap was a bit more comfortable at that size. I would aim for a 0g if I were you. 5/8g is really heavy ?

i had my nipples both pierced at the same time, had to take them out for a surgery and they immediately closed up!?

eventually I will have them pierced again at a larger gauge.

Tongue piercings and pa's are not a good mix.. a pa caught in a mouth like that can be VERY painful.
