With conodom i could bear till 15-20 minutes, but without it i cum within a minute.

Maybe give edging a try. It does wonders for self control and helps you get use to that sensitivity when you are near release. Have you tried rubbing one out before hand? That seems to work with a lot of guys.

There are plenty of products made for this exact problem. If application of lidocaine lotion or cream is a problem, KY Duration is a spray - just spray on a small treatment and in you go.

Honestly, for me there is no such thing as "premature ejaculation" from my Top.  i'm not meaning to be glib either. i have never been disappointed by a Top who was so turned on that He came fast or even as soon as He slid in. Part of my make up as a bottom is wanting to take, not just a Tops cum inside of me, but i am also 'bred' by His mental and emotional pleasure as well. i'm dead serious. The speed at which He releases Himself into me doesn't detract at all. 

Having said that, i understand if You want to prolong the experience because you want to. i wonder how much of the cumming quickly is mental/emotional and how much is physical?

yes i had extremely prolonged sex before, but that was with a bottom who used to enjoy fist fuck. It was totally boring, although bottom did not feel the same. It was fucking loose and puffy. Definitely not my type and hard to keep focus or keeping the heat.

There’s a lot you can do, and as a bottom, we often take that sort of reaction as a compliment. The topical creams and ointments are a good start to try. And As mentioned before, masturbating even up to a few hours prior to sex may help. There are also different exercises like the Kegel or Pause-Squeeze technique you can practice and work on strengthening your stamina. 

If it is really a problem you want to fix though, you should ask a doctor or even get recommended to a sex therapist. They are there to help, and can offer additional solutions or even medications if you need them. 

Though, speaking for myself and most bottoms I think, if you recover from an orgasm reasonably quickly and are good for a second or third round, hopefully you will last longer as you wear out. Just think of the first cum as a good lubing.
