glasshouse Posted October 5, 2019 Report Posted October 5, 2019 New poster, longtime lurker. There's a lot of very experienced bottoms here, so it seems like a promising source of advice. I've always had one spot on my ass that would occasionally hurt for a couple days after sex. In the beginning it was very rare (it happened the first time I ever got penetrated, and once or twice otherwise), but a few years ago it started to become more common until every time I bottomed, I regretted it for a couple of days. Around this same problem, I had some digestive problems, which resulted in a lot of extra pain and bleeding (the bleeding was brand new and distressing!). During this period my doctor diagnosed me with a fissure and did a few botox injections in the area, to little benefit. Now it seems we're at the point where surgery is the next step. It has a small risk of long term complications, so I'm a bit nervous about taking that risk as I've started to lose hope that I'll ever be in bottoming shape again. Has anyone ever gone through a similar ordeal, and how did it turn out? What was recovery like - how long did it take, did you have to do any self-stretching, etc? I'm so frustrated that I'm now on prep, and can't go all in on taking it raw.
shyvers Posted October 8, 2019 Report Posted October 8, 2019 I am having the same exact problem and frustration you have. I did't go on Prep to become a Top but it is what I was forced to do. I am tired of going to the Colorectal doctor and not get a solution. I tried fiber, I tried a daily dildo stretching, I tried cortisone creams, I tried nefidipine, I tried botox, I even checked a second opinion to no avail, the pain is still there after each time I have sex. Please let me know how you resolve this.
Guest Grinder Posted October 9, 2019 Report Posted October 9, 2019 I had laser surgery 13 months ago to remove both stubborn hemorrhoids and fissures. Best thing I ever did. Knock on wood, they never came back. I had the banding's done continuously for a few years, but they kept coming back. I can't speak about getting fucked as I am strictly a top. But large bowel movements don't hurt or bleed anymore!

I had a seton put in me to fix a fistula and it was successful with no loss of continence. Now that the seton is out, I am doing some stretching with dildos because I’ve gotten pretty tight...
WelshpupForPoz Posted October 13, 2019 Report Posted October 13, 2019 I got whats called a "Fistula" on my ring last year, might have been brought on or at least not helped by a long time undiagnosed ibs, its basically two absesses linked together, an external one from a sweat glad (why would any god design a sweat glad by your anus...) and one inside, keeping both active because they can't clear properly. I've never felt pain like it and would experience bleeding going to the toilet and often just in my underwear during the day. Antibiotics took care of the infection. Eventually i got to see a specialist who diagnosed this but by that point I hadn't experience a relapse of the worst of it for months, then I got my IBS under control and I take extra care to clean after the toilet with moist wipes and often bath with a drop of dettol just to chase away infection. Its not been an issue and Im not sure its still there or Its just some minor scar tissue left from the hole it created. But I was very reluctant for the surgery they suggested for me, one for the side effects of the surgery to clear this could have been...A FISTULA...yes surgery to fix the problem my just cause the problem, especially due to the nature of where it is, where infection risk would be high. But a year later with care for cleaning and my health being far better, ibs under control, Ive not experience issues for a long time, when a guy first begins to fuck me theres a mild discomfort from where the scar tissue is, but soon pleasure takes over, and thats no different to any other time the first moment of a cock sliding into you feels really. Im not anti medicine or anything, but maybe this is something you could help ease with looking at your diet and overall health? Help your body help itself so to speak.
Guest Porthos Posted October 13, 2019 Report Posted October 13, 2019 I had hemorrhoid surgery four years ago...It was a last resort as I was in a lot of pain. The surgey was day surgery but was in a hospital under full anesthesia ....Recovery was noy pleasant. Had to take a week off from work and the following week worked half days...Took a full six months to fully recover, but I have absolutely no problems now....able to take any dick any size anytime.....I do take metamucil every night which works wonders
Read1 Posted October 13, 2019 Report Posted October 13, 2019 When I had an micro-tear on/in my asslips, I also was going through LGV. My gay doc gave me a cream for the tear because it was very painful to go to the washroom then. LGV was treated with antibiotics for 21 days, and no sex either. During that time I updated my collection of new bb porn clips.
glasshouse Posted October 24, 2019 Author Report Posted October 24, 2019 Thanks for the replies, guys. Frustratingly, it seems that in the last couple weeks the fissure has been joined by a hemorrhoid. Got an appointment with the doc to ask for surgery and will probably ask him to take care of both in one go - will report in after. Also take Metamucil when I get up and before going to bed. If I had to report on the impact of my diet, I'd say that it's less painful when my diet is better, but I'm not seeing any indication that it's going to lead to the fissure healing permanently.
glasshouse Posted November 24, 2019 Author Report Posted November 24, 2019 Checking in to say I had the surgery about 10 days ago. First week was really tough - a combination of working out what pain meds worked (one gave me a killer headache) and an unfortunate sneeze causing a lot of bleeding and probably set me back. My right buttock is still sore when I stand around, but I'm feeling generally pretty good at this point - probably ready to get running again in a day or two. Not sure when I'll start getting fucked, but it's starting to feel like the light at the end of the tunnel may be in sight. Whether it's actually let the fissure totally heal is up in the air - I don't feel anything, but it could certainly be because I've been distracted by the other problems in the area. Looking forward to seeing how well it works - I'm feeling hopeful, which is quite novel after all this time. Now that I'm feeling a bit better I'm horny as hell and can't wait to start getting bred again.
