In my early years, before I gravitated to being mostly a top, I would use anything I could bring into my bedroom. A variety of fresh vegetables; carrots and cucumber's mostly. I also propped a broom handle behind myself while standing. I have used various glass bottles; sodas and wine bottles were the norm.
