Sniffies works pretty well these days, lots of horny guys here looking to blow their load quickly.

Grindr is hit or miss, but I've found that by having a profile with a very explicit name / description I tend to score pretty regularly.

BBRT I haven't used that much but always seems to have some horny guys ready to fuck.
