Horse Fair - Fickstutenmarkt stories

Hi all,

I recently come across stories from the famous party and I'm hooked. It sounds so hot, I read all posts I could find from it.

Creating this topic if anyone can share any stories, links or write your experience from the horse fair.

Making on my wish list to get one day to it, although I haven't bottom'd in ages.

For what it's worth, there are similarly themed parties elsewhere. While the Fickstutenmarkt parties are limited to Europe (at least for now), there is (in the United States) the HorseMarket, which is based in SF but holds parties at leather and fetish events around the country.

Your profile doesn't indicate your location, but if you're in the US, that might be a more accessible option.

That said, I believe both sets of parties are on hold and have been for a while due to COVID-19.

This place is in Vermont. It looks like they are on pandemic hiatus, but they had events scheduled for earlier in the year.

While the German version (which appears to be the original, but who's to say it wasn't ripped off from somewhere else, way back?) is well known in the European fetish scene and is highly-rated, I am not surprised by the comment you mentioned. With the caveat that there are always exceptions, I find Germans to default to a kind of rigidity of outlook - you either fit our image or you do not, you pass the bar or you do not, etc. 

The German version, for instance, does not allow mares (bottoms) to wear any clothing except shoes (required) and socks (optional). They make some pious statements about how real mares don't wear clothing, so why should the ones here? They'll force mares to strip or eject them. But stallions (tops) can wear chaps, jocks, other fetish wear - even though the same statement could be made about real stallions. 

The German version also stresses it's about "safer sex"; while not prohibiting bareback sex, the official line is that it's strongly encouraged, and bottoms willing to be "covered" (how twee) bare wear some sort of identifying sign - it's not specified, but I don't think it's as prominent as the red hood vs. white hood of the SF-based HorseMarket.

I've not been to any of the above, but speaking with some participants of the SF-based version, I've gotten the impression that they aren't nearly as strict about body types and upper limits on age as the German version.

That's why I recommend to people that they post their location (at the very least, their country of residence, if not the city as well), so that questions can be adequately answered. People ask questions constantly where the answer is going to vary, considerably, depending on location, and this is a prime example.

I would love top go to one but  with  that attitude  it will not likely be in Germany .

 But the Vermont one may be ok , not sure how to contact that one.

@drscorpio have you or know of anyone who attended. The european, primarily German ones are first come for a fee events. This one reads more like a private club event.

I do not know anyone who has attended. Thus place has just come up in discussions before.

You're correct, but none of what you wrote contradicts anything I wrote (other than clarifying that they use the "red hood" as does the US/SF-based version. My point was that this isn't specified on their website, just that there's something to identify those who are willing to go bare. And it's clearly described throughout their site as a safer-sex party, even if bareback is tolerated and accommodated.
