There was policeman in my city who had pictures of the squad car etc. on Grindr, and used to message guys highlighting the fact that he was police (or at least he said he was). There was also one who made an amateur straight porn video in uniform; this one was real and made the news when it was, of course, discovered. He was suspended, not sure what came of it after that. I presume they were two different guys.

I am not in one of those fields but I know more than a few who are and have played while on the job. 🤷🏽‍♂️
 

it’s also important to remember that people in those jobs often have significant downtime.
