I've had this happen at the saunas too.  I think if you have an audience watching, and someone tries to get grabby...I use my stern voice to get them to back off; the other guys enjoying the show will quickly intervene as well, as it's ruining their mojo as well.  But I grew up around a bunch of women that didn't know how to hold their tongue.  My upbringing almost forebade politeness, and I've translated that to my sauna etiquette.
