Stay on PREP and enjoy it. I wish PREP had been available when I was 29. My 30's were my best decade so far, I had an unbelievable amount of sex but most of it was with condoms.

Be sure to adhere to the PrEP dosing schedule that you and your medical professional have agreed on (daily for Descovy, daily or intermittent/"2-1-1" for Truvada for PrEP, every 2 months for Apretude*); get frequent, regular HIV and STI tests (the US CDC recommendation is at least every 3 months); and review your STI vaccinations with your medical professional (vaccines against Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, and meningitis are available).
