Thanks to our poll workers

I know from previous conversations and posts on the site that several members are volunteer poll workers (and at least one that actually works for an elections office)

and as we head into the election next week (well with early voting I guess we are already in the election) - I just want to say a huge THANK YOU!!!! For your work that is so vital if we are going to keep our democracy safe.

and I hope you all have a very safe day - and that things go as smoothly as possible.

(and that after the election we can go back to supporting and thanking our poll dancers) - but seriously- thank you and stay safe
