Cialis, Testosterone Therapy, and other supplements

I’m curious what medications folks are on to improve quality of life and sexual health.

Starting daily Cialis and testosterone therapy has really improved my sex life. I’m in my 40s and get hard like I’m in my 20s.

The test has really improved my libido and stamina.

Daily cialis? Never heard of that. Also, you’re rather young for TRT considering the bad side effects.

i exercise and eat healthy and my T levels are excellent. I don’t take supplements. I’m 54 and have no issues at all down below.

Thanks for the 411 -- I ♥️ daily Cialis, but only use it sporadically because you can't mix it with poppers -- which I enjoy when I bottom and get loaded.

100% agree with this post. Lots of scientific articles to back up their usage for guys 40+ as well. If there's anyone in Canada that needs help getting started with these feel free to msg

Viagra does little for me but Cialis has proven the best. I can get hard without but it helps a great deal, much easier and more frequent. In fact, I'm on it right now. I also tried the "once a day" "always ready" version. It exists. A much smaller dose but it worked for me, too. Where I live Cialis is a bit pricey and requires a doctor's script.

After my prostate removal op (cancer), I was also put onto an injection. I don't know the contents or chemistry and can't recall the name. Stuck a needle in the meaty side of my dick, injected less than 10 ml, and I would be solid as a rock in 10 or 15 minutes or less. And I mean solid. Then stay that way for hours. Didn't matter how many times I came, the erection did not abate until the drug wore off. This was the best solution but was expensive and required me seeing an arrogant non-sympathetic specialist I did not like to get a script, so have not used this method in ten years. Description of my real experience/memory with assgasms and Cialis has been used in some of my posted fiction here.

Daily Cialis (and daily Viagra) are lower-dosage versions of these drugs designed to be taken daily. They are officially prescribed mostly for BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia), a condition where the prostate gland gets enlarged (but not from a tumor or cancer). However, since the active ingredient is the same as in the non-daily versions, the lower dose often works just as well for some guys, and doctors will sometimes prescribe these for guys who want a very active sex life but who don't want to spend more money for fewer of the large dose versions.

If you don't need or want the boost that an ED drug provides, by all means, don't seek it out. But there are quite a few guys who do need the boost, and still more who appreciate that it helps them with stamina.

Depending on when this happened, it was probably either Caverject (prostaglandin) or Trimix (prostaglandin, papavorin, and phentolamine). Caverject was developed decades ago (I can remember it coming on the market in the 80's, back when I worked in pharmacy), but TriMix is a more recent compound. There is an even newer compound called (surprise!) Quadmix, which contains the same things as Trimix but adds a fourth drug; this one is prescribed for cases where Trimix doesn't work well enough.

Wow, I see that someone has posted that there is a medication that works possibly better than trimix.  Let me call my urologist, I can't imagine what the out of pocket cost would be but this is the first I am hearing of it.  The use of trimix is something to really pay close attention to.  What is good for one guy can ruin another guy's penis.  I just had to mention that as I have been in situations where someone abused that medication and the outcome was not good.

So Quadmix,  huh?  I can't wait to find out if my doctor will encourage switching, he actually gave me business cards to pass out to friends who are part of the "enhancement" group I know.   It's better to have a qualified professional write you a script then take a chance and use something written for another individual.

Thanks for the explanation. I had no idea it was a thing!  I’m glad those options are out there for those who need it. I’ve been lucky I guess. Thank you again
