dlverschub Posted July 28, 2023 Report Posted July 28, 2023 so i have once in a while liked to go big and like getting some rough fun done to my hole. well one day a top came along and decided i dont know what my limits are, he insisted that its all in my head that he was hurting me. Well long story short i had an hour of this guy ripping me up to say the least it was bad he was using a lidocaine cream so i didn't realize it was as bad as it was but its been almost 3-4 months now and i still cant go to the bathroom right the tear also formed a little tag now too and if i touch it it is hell. any veterans know the best way to relieve this wound amd get me back to normal? im uninsured rn so the doctor will have to be the last resort. rn i use rectaid cream as well as showering everytime i go to clean the area as well as some sits bathes to relax the muscle. Any help would be amazing

Any help would be amazing I'm sorry this happened. But the fact is, if an anal rupture has not healed naturally and it's been 3-4 months, you need to go see a doctor, pronto. The longer you wait, the more damage can be done that will be harder to repair - assuming it can be repaired. I realize you live in one of the shittiest states in the US for health care for uninsured people, with one of the shittiest governments in the US in charge, but you need to beg, borrow, or scrape together the money for a visit to an urgent care site (and they may send you to the ER). You might well have developed an infection that won't go away on its own, or otherwise injured yourself in a serious, serious way. No amount of folk healing advice from anyone on here is going to change that. This is a time for actual medical professionals, not suggestions for creams or cleaning. 1 5 1
ErosWired Posted July 28, 2023 Report Posted July 28, 2023 It’s last resort time, I’m afraid. Anal tears (anal fissures) can resolve themselves, but if they have not healed after six weeks, surgery is generally recommended, according to most sources. You’ve gone so long now that it’s pretty clear that you’re not going to heal without intervention. No amount of cream is going to get you back to normal. I’ve had the surgery, and it did solve the problem. The Top using lidocaine to prevent you from knowing how much damage he was doing is utterly indefensible. 2
dlverschub Posted July 28, 2023 Author Report Posted July 28, 2023 Thank you both for your replies i kinda figured there was no hope but im just gunna have to bite the bullet on it seems. @ErosWired you mentioned having the surgey for the fissure repair what was that like? Did it it have a long down time and was there like a specialist you had to see? Id love to be able to just go to the bathroom without being in tears lol. Let alone get to bottom again.

The surgery itself was like any other outpatient procedure - I went in, they put me under, when I woke up it was done, and they sent me home. All told, it took me about a month to be fully healed. I didn’t try taking a cock for a month after that to be on the safe side, but the breathtaking agony of just trying to have a bowel movement was over as soon as I got the surgery. You’ll probably need to see your general doctor, who will give you a referral to a gastroenterologist or a colorectal surgeon. 1
RealCute Posted July 28, 2023 Report Posted July 28, 2023 (edited) If you haven't already you can get stool softeners which will help you tremendously with the bathroom issue they're available over the counter at any pharmacy. Also you can get a daily laxative which will keep things wetter but doesn't cause you to instantly have to go. This is a great site with info [think before following links] https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/14466-anal-fistula Edited July 28, 2023 by RealCute
ellentonboy Posted July 28, 2023 Report Posted July 28, 2023 I have great sympathy for you. I have had three out patient procedures since 2021 through Tampa General Hospital's Colon and Rectal Cancer Specialists. They said at first it was a fissure, it took two procedures and now I am able to go to the bathroom without pain. I need to use a stool softener every day, Colace is the one I use. Granted, you need to be near the bathroom when the urge to go strikes, but if you are in pain now it might be the best option till you can see a doctor. You can find Colace at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens. Even the hospital recommended I use it post procedure. I had a third procedure because they found I also had HPV and I never knew I was infected with that. The "down time" is frustrating, but between the pain medication (just a small amount) and the stool softener you should be fine in about a month. I would not suggest trying to have anal sex for quite awhile, to be honest I don't think you will have much desire to do so. It may seem like a long journey but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I wish you the best.... 3 2

Any help would be amazing I understand the pain you are going thru. I had the same issue; I was fucked by 3 guys that ripped apart my cunt. Cause that's how fucked I was. I did not go to the doctor for 3 months. Pain was unbearable. Could not sit, poop, or be fucked. I cried thinking I'll never be able to be fucked again. Visited AHF in in your town and they were able to help with minimum payment. Granted the quality of care at AHF is terrible, deplorable. But all in all it helped. Had my hole rebuilt lol, and also got slightly tighter and the dick is just as amazing if not better. Hope you can find help.
hairyone Posted July 28, 2023 Report Posted July 28, 2023 Good luck, @dlverschub. Sorry this happened to you. Keep us updated.

In the United States, health care is inextricably tied up with politics. Anyone who thinks you can separate the two is delusional. 1

Then at least mention that the health care in Louisiana ranks lower than Texas on just about every measure and put your comments into perspective. 1

Was it their size? Lack of lubrication? Was it fucking or fisting? What kind of thrusting duration are we talking about, non-stop....? I never had an issue after a rough fuck (with lots of silicon-based lube though). Silicon lubricants in large amounts can protect you from friction for hours... So what am I missing regarding your bad experiences? 1
Modfather Posted July 31, 2023 Report Posted July 31, 2023 Hope you get sorted but it does sound like you need surgery. And can I say, it's stories like this that make me glad to live in Britain where free at the point of use healthcare is a basic human right for all. I find it utterly bonkers that you don't have that over the pond. Go well and get better soon.

My post was about the OP's options in the state in which he lived. The condition of health care in my state, your state, in Timbuktu, on the moon, or anywhere in the Andromeda galaxy are irrelevant for that post. 2 1
