Need advice how to achieve double fist

I have been a fisting bottom for 4 years now and have been wanting to take it to next level and get double fisted. My partner has tiny hands but 2 is still too big.  I can take a topped 83 gapekeeper no problem and walk around with it.  What are good methods to try to accomplish this goal?

Keep training with the gatekeeper, in out in out stretching and slowly move up to the 90 and do the same. 

You might alway want to look at some square peg toys like the professor and long neck and try taking a fist and the toy at the same time and keep stretching. 

There are no tricks other than patience and stretching

I would add inflatable butt plugs and a speculum for additional, slow stretching.

Patience, practice, good lube ... and more patience. Continuing to gradually increase the size of your toys and playing/training regularly, while still taking time to recover in-between.

Also the position of the hands when trying is so important, too many people go with a 'praying' alignment with both hands symmetrical to each other. You're better with one slightly forward of the other so it's not as wide.

Train train train your hole. Topped Toys Mare Maker and Gape Keeper lines are great for this. As you get looser and looser, find a twink with small hands to double you the first few times. You will be over the moon the first time that second hand slides in and you realize your rectum is now so sloppy loose, 2 hands can fit in it.

Inflatable toys help - a lot.  You not only need to open up, but you need to believe you can continue to open up (which you CAN!). A good stretch, then some fucking and some more stretch and some fucking and some more stretch...  Get some DP action too. Make yourself comfortable with two anything at a time and two fists will cum naturally!
