Hi everyone, so Ive been bottoming since I was 17 however about a third of the times it has ended in mess or bad irritation on my hole. I was wondering if there's anyone here that has IBS or any stomach issues and is still able to be a happy cum dump or fisting bottom?

Any tips on diet, supplements, timing of meals before play, and general experience is gladly accepted, thankyou.

I don’t know much about IBS, but I’m sure that there are more opportunities.

I also have gastrointestinal problems and I can solve it  I can’t say that never happened something embarrassing but everything is okay mostly. I think the key to have a break between the last meal and the using douche. I know, people with IBS must have diet  if it’s not enough, try to avoid tough and spicy foods.

I hope will be somebody here who can help you with more experience or expertise.

Fiber pills or desolveable tablets will help some to keep you regular. Avoid spicy

foods, maybe red sauces. Then a good douching.

Right now my diet gives me a lot of gas and diarrhea, plus I drink a ton of water through the day. So I take fiber pills to help my digestive system. And it works.

You can also see a GI doctor and talk to them about your IBS issues. Even if you don’t mention bottoming they can give you some medication to help. Like Bentil(sp) to help with it. Or take some antidiarrheal medication before sex. Something like Peto or Imodium AD.  It’s helped me before. Also fiber supplements help too.

Immodium 30-45 before clean out.  This will stop your tract moving things  down.  This intern means less irritation from treated tap water going in you.  Make sure water is only 70-90 to minimize the body producing and inflammation response to the mucosa as well as reduce chance it stimulates blood flow from heat and starts up your digestive tract again.

A Bismuth based medication can also help due to how it coats the GI tract to reduce irritation and has little side effects but you can't take a Bismuth medication like Pepto with other medications as you will not absorb the other medications correctly or at all in some cases.

Another tip is to empty your bowels before douching, like an hour before, then use low water pressure and have the nozzle in for no more than 4 seconds.  This stops water getting trapped, reduces the amount your straining and irritating your inner lining and generally makes cleaning out exceptionally faster.

I went keto several years ago and eventually became mainly a carnivore a couple of years ago. I didn't have IBS or Crohns but I had plenty of other problems. They all went away when I stopped eating sugar, grains, and starch vegetables. I honestly have never felt healthier. I only eat once a day also. I don't get hungry. I have heard from several people who say they have gotten rid of their digestion problems by eliminating sugar. I also got rid of my depression, anxiety and sleeping problems. Give it a try. You will feel a little sick for the first week or two, but after your body adjusts you will feel awesome. My joints even healed up. Stop eating all the manufactured factory oils also. Use only Olive oil, butter, bacon grease, avocado oil, or coconut oil. Try to eat nothing manufactured. Except sweeteners like allulose. Good luck
