You can't "strengthen" the walls of your rectum. So use lube, and if you use toys, make sure they're relatively smooth, or at least no more "rough" in texture than a man's cock. Like @Pozguyinchi said, sleeping with a plug, it doesn't have to be big, makes a huge difference. I follow a program much like going to the gym. He introduced me to Boy Butter lube. It's coconut oil based so not safe for latex toys or condoms (lol what's a condom?), but it's not greasy at all, washes up with soap and water, won't stain sheets, stays slick for hours, smells like sun lotion. Recently used it for the first time with another buddy of mine who doesn't rough fuck but has a beer can fat cock and can go for 3-4 rounds in an afternoon. When he was done for the day my hole was bruised and gaped. But no tears. You can also get disposable "lube injectors" to shoot some up into your rectum which can help if you've got some well endowed buddies. Are you trying to stretch too wide too fast instead of building up or just not using enough lube?...........ive had anything and everything up my ass over xxx amount of years and never once had a tear........i think lube or lack of is your problem. I aways use LOTS of lube (love to have my hole wet and sloppy) and stretch with a plug before going to a bathouse right up until the time I get there.
