I'm confused 😕. I thought that the "Gaza Riviera" was a (multi-billion dollar personal profit) project of Trumps (via S-in-L Kushner - zionist warmonger) that he had proposed to FW Netanyahu. Netanyahu obviously jumped on the band wagon, immediately.

Yes, Jnr. broached the idea with Trump during his first Presidency. 

  I would therefore assume that, as he is the plans architect (also a fervent zionist) , that he would have SIGNIFICANT INVOLVEMENT with any ongoing development of the plan, in the future.

It's entirely likely that the current President (apparently in name only) floated that notion about a Riviera being built in Gaza was merely a figment of his fevered mind - similar to Greenland, the Gulf of Mexico, shutting down half of the Government, on and on. 

Clearly, his acuity has been diminishing exponentially in recent weeks/months.  He might not even remember the "Riviera" thoughtlet by now.
