I am aware of bar and door staff that were fired after fraternising with customers during their shift at venues in London. One venue I know has a policy of barring for life staff that are fired for misconduct.  I imagine it is a legal thing where a venue with an adult encounter license might be accused of breaking the terms of the license and even running a brothel if they charge an entry fee and then allow staff 'engage' with customers.  When you think about it, as an employer it'd be a legal minefield to permit staff to engage with customers in that way - liability, insurance, safeguarding, all sorts of things come to mind.

Fair points here, @AirmaxUK, and yeah we do have stricter insurance, liability & safeguarding rules here in the UK, for all sorts of (IMO) very good reasons. It's just interesting how strict it is in London, and seemingly less so elsewhere in the UK. But yeah all fair points.

Those are very good points. I think sometimes guys don’t take these things into consideration when commenting on, or complaining about, an issue.

It's probably down to the local authority issuing the license, how closely they monitor things, and how often the venue pops up on their radar with incidents like ambulance callouts, complaints from locals, etc.

Sadly, the new Hawks location has even less sex than Steam currently, so I haven't been to Hawks in roughly a year. They have really leaned into him trans and fetish events at the Hawks, which in my experience are almost entirely fuck free. Steam while still far from ideal has more fucking than it used to, and as result a lot of the regulars who actively fucked at the old Hawks location seem to have migrated to Steam. It is still the PNW so the inhibitions and outright anti-sexual behavior still rule unfortunately.
