Well if you are going to do it, find a reputable doctor like a poster mentioned in say NYC or Los Angeles.

i have three individuals who I have played with over the years and their experience has been less then ideal.  All three went to Mexico, the procedure was done in Tijuana and they recovered back at a hotel on the US side. I can tell you with at least two of them had a progressive movement of the silicone in their penis that resulted in  a very unusual shape. Yes it was thicker, but that thickness would change. The only one that is out there that doesn't have a high rate of both physical failure and rejection and/or asthetic failure and no sensation/pleasure is a nightmarishly painful surgery with a long recovery.  It basically requires they deglove the scrotum, insert a soft mesh reinforced silicone sheathing and then stretch and reattach the skin over it.  It takes about 6 months to heal and it's still, for a best option for girth enhancement, an alarmingly high failure rate requiring total reversal or revision of the procedure...and legit only a handful of Plastic Surgeons who are top in their field preform it for an astronomical pricetag.
