How stupid is to propose taking a HIV test before sex?

Hi,

Recently I got again into the hookup scene, just dreaming about being an absolute sub bottom for a top.

Thing is, one candidate seems to be a guy that says doesn't have any STD, and would like to fuck me raw, breed me and churn butter inside of me fucking me again after breeding the first time (his words lol)

He says he would fuck with others with condoms if our thing works out, but won't stop seeing others in any way.

Not only would I need to lie, but sign that for the system to allow me to get it. And getting it online "out of the system" is highly illegal and if caught when importing from other countries, would be destroyed.

So it occured to me: HIV tests (saliva and blood) are available over the counter at pharmacies, maybe it would be a good idea to just buy two, and suggest the guy to take one test both, wait the 15-20 minutes (meanwhile I could give him a good blowjob), and if both are negative, then go ahead with raw sex and breeding me?

Could this be a good enough plan? Or a very stupid thing and better not to even try proposing it?

First of all, it’s a bit telling:  this schmoe thinksPREP that post seroconversion, it’s a quick descent from Poz to AIDS….in this day and age, there’s absolutely no excuse for a gay man to be ignorant of the HIV and its progression.  Secondly, PREP is PRE exposure….besides, with such ignorance, I’d bet he would not be aware DoxyPrep  even exists.

Woa, what moron came up with that PReP prerequisites? (And I thought we have it hard to get on PReP.) PeP is not available (probably not or some beautiful rules attached as well)?

Well you could try to talk him into it (in advance). I mean explain worries and offer test as a way out (compromise as it really is, cause it sure isn't 100% bulletproof). Then you'll continue by his reaction (insist or back down). 

Two tests seem to be overkill, but would be nice if you took test yourself - just out of solidarity, purely psychological reasons (thou you could have better chance of success, when you want him to do what you will do also).

Not uncommon, I had one guy request that I took a in-home-test. I didn’t mind. Back in the day when I was not on prep, I asked guys to see their test results or the bottle of prep prescription before I mounted them. Most complied because they wanted me raw inside them and unloading in them. If he really likes you, he won’t mind. HOWEVER, that test is a snapshot in time. As soon as his results come back negative and leaves your house, he could have a poz top poz him and the test they took goes out the window. As long as you’re clear of what you’re getting from the test and its limitations you should be ok. Also, my advice regarding prep? Unless is a MAJOR issue for you now or in the future, GO FOR IT. Why? Simple…. What is better, to get on prep or get the virus? As with everything in life, weigh the benefits versus the negative.

the only time i ever did it was back in 2001 when my ex and i decided to become exclusive we both got tested, showed each other the negative results, then threw away the condoms. as an er dr pointed out to me circa 2009, trusting a man not to lie about cheating is not a 100% fool proof plan. 🤣

The implications of Signed declarations are overrated. You can always claim you did not read the entire document and did not understand the full implications of it. 
You could also claim it was written in a language different from your native tongue, i.e. you don't speak very good English etc. - if you have any immigrant background. 
Or, you could claim the nurse just asked you to sign somewhere and you did, and never read the questionnaire. 

Honestly, no one has the right to question you about your sexual behavior except for a priest. Even a court of law cannot, realistically,  ask you how many people you have slept with in the past week/month etc. 

Ultimately, only you can make the decision about your life and sexuality.

Have you ever thought of having a gay bf who is into bareback sex like you and also like you wishes to be monogamous due to convictions or fear of diseases. It would minimize the risk of the diseases and infections that scare you, and yet let you enjoy bareback sex in a limited  way.

Setting aside this specific context, I'm confused by the above.

Priests and other religious leaders have zero *right* to question anyone about their sexual behavior. In fact, the only place where there *is* any expectation of disclosing your sexual behavior is questioning under oath in a court of law, or some other form of affidavit.
