I have been dp'd by a couple of friends with benefits who have it down to a science. I'm very tight, so the only way it works is to have them both take a turn breeding me solo, then a break, then I can take both. According to them (and I've experienced this first-hand) it's best to have one penetrate (either doggy or missionary), and the other to "sneak in" behind him.
