i will have to do some research to find out if this is evidence based... you can pretty much say anything on youtube, but i thought it interesting none the less. This guy is a Buddhist monk (and kinda hot, wonder if he'd breed me?) discussing info from a urologist. While it is speaks of masturbation, it's really about sex.   i think he may indulge in some conjecture, but it's still interesting questions to consider. It seems Breeding Zone is doing a public service for guys by promoting libido 🙂

Elsewhere on BZ I've talked about men needing to ejaculate 21 times a month for optimal prostate health. That's based on one of the studies referenced here.

I'm not quite 60, but also not planning on finding out if this is true or false. I've been a bit outspoken at times about my belief that even bottoms need to cum regularly and not try to prevent themselves from getting hard. I know not cumming regularly would have a very negative impact on my mental health, even if it didn't have a negative impact on my physical health.

This sounds like it was AI generated. AI tends to follow a certain rhythm in its "speech". There are frequent repetitions; usually where sentences are reordered, however there are times that whole paragraphs are repeated verbatim. You'll find sentences cut off leaving dangling artifacts that may sound like bad editing, and there may be inconsistencies or internal contradictions. AI content is not necessarily bad, it's just important to remember that there are no laws, rules, or guidelines that say anything on the internet must be based in fact.  I've never seen an AI video that sited it's sources, and it's pretty rare for videos in general, so be sure to verify with other sources, preferably a reliable medical site or publication.

That said, the content seems to be consistent with other things I've read or heard about, and it's always good to see content that is sex positive. One thing that I know is true is that men who have had vasectomies can have frequent issues with cysts and other irritations.  I think it would be logical to postulate that a male who intentionally stops ejaculating may also have medical issues down the line.

I'm not at all sure what is physiological and what may be psychological, but a little anecdotal evidence. I've been a little depressed for the last several months, and have been cumming on average less than twice a day and had noticed a drop off in the desire to cum and the volume of my loads when I did cum. I recently spent 2 weeks away from home working on an intense project where I didn't have time to be depressed and I used cumming as a stress relief mechanism and my average daily load count went up to 4 times a day. Two things I noticed, it was easier to get an erection and instead of my load size decreasing, it was actually increasing for 2 weeks despite more than doubling how many times I was cumming a day, which leads me to believe there were both physiological and psychological factors at work. On the psychological side, I was in an area where casual hookups are readily available, which is not true where I live. When I'm at home I may decide not jack off if I think there is a chance I will go looking for a hookup, and then not find a hookup so wind up jacking off anyway. However, even with the availability of hookups where I was only had the time and energy to take advantage of it every 2nd or 3rd day, so wound up jacking off 2 to 4 times every day.

My goal now that I've returned home is to make sure I cum at least three times a day everyday, which will hopefully help keep me horned up and able to perform even when weeks go by without finding a casual hookup.
