It seems anytime I swallow a load, it feels like it's stuck there for a couple days, almost like I have phlegm caught in my throat. I would have thought over the years I would have worked out how to get it to move along, but it's a mystery to me. How do you get these loads to move on and finish their way down? Quote

I do like the suggestion to drink from the tap, I love doing that, swallow a load then swallow some P, then hopefully another load. Rinse and repeat 2 Quote
