I say Maybe and not definitive Yes because you would need to push all that load deep inside you, not just smearing the hole with cum. 2. Now, if the top actively pushes the load from the condom inside you, then I would say Yes, it counts. It's just the top is maybe either into some sort of kink or afraid of catching bugs. Understandable. In my books, for a load to count without a doubt it needs to come straight from the cock and deep in my guts.
