My Real Life Rawsex Experiences...

versmetropig

I have been posting accounts of my real life experiences in raw and party sex on a number of different sites... sites that seem to come and go, while this site carries on faithfully. So I finally said to myself, why don't you just post on your favorite site and call it done? So, I will do so.

I grew up in New York from a 4th-Generation New York City family and it appears I was just born a kink pig. My first masturbation fantasies at age 10 were of playing sex games with four other of my male friends all at once. It helped having a six-years older brother who let me peruse his porn - at that time in the 70's even straight mags like "Penthouse", "Hustler" and "Oui" had naked men with the women in at least two spreads of every issue. Perfect for this budding homo... and my bro is kind of a straight version of me. Back when I was 16 and 17, he and his girlfriend would get me into Studio 54 with them, then they'd head to "Plato's Retreat" (a STRAIGHT sex bathhouse/club) while I hit the baths or a porn theater before we'd meet back up at a chosen time to go home. It was awesome being gay and a teenager in NYC in the late 70s and early 80s!

A funny note, my bro is still in damn good shape at 54, and SO jealous that my partner of 22 years has no problem with me playing with other guys when he is busy or working (and vice versa), but my brother's wife would NEVER consider the same for him playing with some other women... pity...

Anyway, for some reason, I've always been adventurous at and about sex and have tried just about everything I could in my 49 years so far, and am trying to get to the things I haven't done YET... I seem to have been blessed with the lucky combination of an almost eidetic memory (runs in the family, not anything I did...), a very active libido even now, and an exceptional writing teacher just around the time when she could interest me in the written word and show me I could actively enjoy writing all sorts of things... so its fun to combine them all and write out some of the wild times I've had over the years, allowing me to relive them, and hopefully having others enjoy them. If you've seen me post them elsewhere, please forgive!

I'll start posting each experience in individual posts, starting this evening with a few.

as someone who also grew up in the 70's as well, Penthouse and Oui were really important to helping me figure out I was gay,,,, Playboy never did anything for me, then I found Penthouse,,, at first I just thought the pictures with the naked women and men turned me on because it was more sexual then the airbrushed playboy centerfolds, then I realized that what was turning me on was the erect penis on the guys. but as they were considered 'straight'porn as I was growing up in small town midwest, they were a great safe closeted way to get 'gay' porn

Late to the party but I love your posts and now intend to work through your blogs, which I know I’ll enjoy. Gets me in the mood for future visits to NYC…

I used to  find my Dad's Penthouse mags and take them to the bathroom, Would read the forums and get super hard.

There were no pics of men usually. You had to get Club Magazine or Hustler for that. I remember going to the stationary and seeing two gay mags on the top shelf. One was BlueBoy and the other Torso. I would stuff them into a New York Times newspaper and just pay for the paper as I was too shy to buy them.

For a brief time in the late 70s, Penthouse did have men in some spreads - their cocks, if shown were always flaccid - men also appeared on occasion in the spin-off publication "Penthouse Letters" which took the Letters section of the main magazine, along with the forums and the "Ask Xaviera" advice column and just fill the edition with those items and a few pics - loved those, because they always had a "men with men" and a bisexual sub-area - those real life accounts really got me going in my pre-teen and early teen days @RawNYTop! Hustler, Oui and Club Mag did have more men in their spreads as you point out - at my local stationary store they had "Blueboy" and "Playguy" both of which I found boring, even at 12 and 13, along with "Torso", "Honcho" and "Drummer"... I started getting "Honcho" and "Drummer" there regularly when I was 14 or 15, the teenager at the counter after 9pm always let me buy them...

Honcho was the name I was trying to remember. I think Torso was an exercise mag.

I used to walk to the library and go to the periodical room to read the Village Voice. There they would have these small thumbnail print ads for the Gay movie houses: The Adonis, West World, Blow Buddies, Some place on Jayne St,  etc.  When I was 18, I drove to the Adonis and that started my journey to debauchery.

@RawNYTop I started at Fordham University when I was 17, so that was when I first hit The Adonis and West World and the other Times Square ABS stores, as well as the ones on Christopher Street in the West Village. LOVED all those places - there was also the David in the W50s, the Unicorn ABS with booths on W80th and so many others... much slutty fun!

"Torso" actually WAS a gay skin mag - a bit less vanilla than Playguy or Blueboy, but no way near as fun as Honcho or Drummer... my hubby was a big fan of Torso and Advocate Men - both kind of annoyed me, because there they were, supposedly porn for gay guys but they only showed soft cocks and only the gluteus maximus, never the hole or even a hint of it... didn't they think there were any Tops out there?

What about that mag Exercise for Men Only? I still have some of those including Bob Paris on the cover of one.

Bob Paris and his partner/husband were seriously hot - always wish I had met them. I had their exercise Coffee Table book - remarkably useless as a training guide for working out, but pretty good jack-off material @RawNYTop

I had to make do with the men’s underwear section in my mum’s Littlewood’s Catalogue (UK guys of a certain age will get the reference). Most of my school friends were equally focussed at the bras section. We had to find wanking fodder where we could…

Sounds similar to the Sears catalog.
